Insurance Account Representative

Role Description As an Insurance Account Representative for Bridgette Emanuel State Farm Insurance, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Compensation: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour Seeking Currently Licensed Applicants Only State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
