Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Maintenance Assistant, you help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents, families, and team members.What You'll Do:Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work ordersPerform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)Assist with painting and refurbishing projectsSupport HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenancePerform preventative maintenance and safety checksMaintain tools, equipment, and repair inventorySupport carpet and floor care as neededAssist with suite "make-ready" preparationFollow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standardsParticipate in emergency preparedness and fire drillsDrive community vehicle as assignedYou play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations.Pay Range: 17.50 - 22.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
