The position serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, operational stakeholders, external partners, and governance bodies to ensure alignment, execution, and achievement of organizational priorities.This role provides strategic oversight and leadership for high-priority initiatives, facilitates collaboration across multiple organizations and business units, coordinates executive and board-level activities, and supports the development and implementation of innovative healthcare delivery and value-based programs. The incumbent operates with a high degree of autonomy, exercising significant independent judgment in the management of strategic initiatives that have organization-wide impact.Essential Duties:The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%.
