Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU

• Deliver high-quality care, ensuring patient safety in a 7-bed NICU unit
• Attend deliveries, including C-Sections
• Maintain effective communication within a team setting
• Utilize equipment such as BCPAP and HFNC and document using Meditech, CPN
• Participate as needed in floating assignments

Requirements of the RN - NICU

• Active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of hospital/specialty experience
• Level III NICU experience required
• Certifications: BLS, NRP
