Civil Engineer (Data Centers)

The role involves leading technical due diligence and site development for large-scale data centers and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include performing feasibility assessments, designing grading and drainage systems, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to support site acquisition and investment decisions. Requirements Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and at least 8 years of experience in industrial site development. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with hyperscale data centers or advanced manufacturing projects are highly valued.
