$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve guest issues and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, using it as an opportunity to improve service quality.
• Assist in managing reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and in top condition upon arrival.

Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Ability to manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, maintaining accuracy and a seamless experience.
• Proven track record of responding promptly to guest inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members in resolving guest issues swiftly.
• Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams, addressing guest needs.
• Ability to monitor and manage room availability and reservations, optimizing occupancy rates and guest satisfaction levels.
