Job Summary Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
