Insurance Coverage & Complex Litigation Associate Attorney Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) HireNow Snapshot HireNow Staffing is urgently recruiting multiple Insurance Coverage & Complex Litigation Associate Attorneys for a well-established Colorado law firm representing insurance companies and self-insured organizations in sophisticated litigation matters. This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for attorneys with 2–7 years of litigation experience, with 3+ years strongly preferred , who are prepared to take meaningful ownership of their caseload. The strongest candidates will bring insurance-related litigation experience involving coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, bad faith, and first- and third-party claims . Attorneys will have the opportunity to manage matters from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, hearings, trial, and appeal . Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense, insurance coverage, and related complex litigation matters.
• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Attend and advocate at hearings in Colorado state and federal courts.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and provide clear, strategically sound written analysis.
• Develop case strategies and provide recommendations directly to clients.
• Manage matters from pre-litigation analysis through trial and appeal.
• Analyze insurance policies, coverage issues, liability exposure, and litigation risks.
• Maintain responsibility for deadlines, discovery obligations, court filings, and case progression.
• Collaborate with partners, attorneys, clients, experts, and support professionals.
• Provide responsive and professional client service throughout each engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• 2–7 years of litigation experience, with 3+ years strongly preferred.
• Experience handling substantive litigation responsibilities rather than exclusively supporting senior attorneys.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and other substantive litigation documents.
• Experience appearing at hearings in state and/or federal court.
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent legal writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently evaluate issues and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload and multiple matters simultaneously.
• Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Colorado.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance defense and/or insurance coverage litigation experience.
• Experience involving coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability, or bad faith claims.
• Experience investigating and defending first- and third-party claims.
• Experience drafting insurance coverage opinions .
• Experience conducting Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) .
• Experience managing cases from initial analysis through trial or appeal.
• Strong client counseling and case-management capabilities.
• Stable professional history demonstrating increasing litigation responsibility.
