Job Description Seven Seas Water Group ( is a portfolio company owned by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners ("MSIP"). Seven Seas Water Group operates two businesses within the water infrastructure space. Seven Seas Water (SSW), which provides water treatment and desalination for governmental and industrial customers in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and the AUC Group ( which provides decentralized wastewater treatment plants for industrial and municipal customers in the United States. For further information about Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, please visit Job Summary The Manager Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing executive and department leaders with financial reporting and analysis used for strategic decision making. In addition, the successful candidate will manage the annual budget and forecasting processes. The successful candidate will develop and maintain corporate models to support strategic planning, debt financing, and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the senior leadership team and the Board of Directors. Preparation and analysis of departmental reporting to support compliance with established budgets. Manage the financial reporting and budgeting software (Planful) including the design and maintenance of reports to meet end user needs. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process. Includes project management skills, ability to partner across the organization, and performing reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of inputs. Maintain and enhance a comprehensive corporate financial model (5+ year) to support strategic planning, debt financing, and growth opportunities. Assist with debt financings and debt compliance. Assist with the preparation of corporate presentations for strategic initiatives. Perform model reviews for business opportunities including M&A, expansions, and greenfield projects. Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis. Key skills and Qualifications Experience in designing and maintaining comprehensive financial models. Experience in leading the budgeting and forecasting processes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Advanced skills in MS Excel. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must be organized and strong attention to detail. US GAAP knowledge. Planful (financial reporting and budgeting software) and IFS (ERP system) or similar experience. Education and Experience Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA or MBA required.
