As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring every traveler enjoys a warm, seamless, and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations: Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
• Reservation Management: Process reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins using our Property Management System (PMS).
• Customer Service: Anticipate guest needs, provide local recommendations (dining, attractions, transportation), and resolve any guest complaints swiftly and gracefully.
• Financial Accuracy: Process payments, handle cash drops, post charges, and maintain accurate guest ledgers in compliance with Choice Hotels standards.
• Communication Hub: Answer phone calls, route messages, and coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard.
• Brand Loyalty: Promote Choice Privileges rewards programs and encourage guest enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working at a hotel front desk (Experience with Choice Hotels or ChoiceAdvantage PMS is a major plus).
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong computer literacy.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure or during high-volume periods.
• Flexibility: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
