Some evenings and every other weekend work. Experience None is needed; you must hold a home inspector license. Utilize advanced tools and technology, including drones and IR cameras, to enhance inspection accuracy and efficiency. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients, fostering trust and understanding throughout the inspection process. Collaborate with real estate agents to schedule inspections, ensuring timely service and maintaining professional relationships. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and regulations to provide clients with the most accurate information. Complete inspection reports promptly using our streamlined software, allowing you to maximize your time and focus on client service. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career within the company. Evaluate sewer lines and describe conditions and issues found in the sewer line systems. Able to get certification for mold & air quality testing; training will be provided for this skill. Qualifications A current Washington State Home Inspector License is required, or in the process of getting a license. Ability to effectively communicate findings to clients, fostering trust and understanding. Experience using advanced inspection tools and technology, including drones and IR cameras. Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with real estate agents and clients. Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Proficiency in using streamlined software to complete inspection reports promptly and efficiently. An understanding of sewer systems and how to inspect them.
