Now hiring a Retail Supervisor for Jewish Hospital. Metz Culinary Management is growing and has openings for a Retail Supervisor who shares our passion for food and service. Pay rate: $18.00; Shift: 5:30‑2:30 / 3:00‑11:30pm; must work alternating weekends. Responsibilities Ordering and purchasing Weekly and month‑end inventory Maintaining food cost goals Develop and oversee the production of café daily menu Complete weekly production prop and pull sheets Training and scheduling of café staff Maintain quality service and quality food Adhere to cash handling procedures for register and safe Maintain professional uniform appearance Qualifications Experience desired in a contract dining food service setting such as hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining accounts. Must be able to read, write, use simple math, and follow and give oral and written instructions. Retail Supervisor should maintain food quality, customer service in a cash‑handling operation, support cash control, payroll records, and financial/HR functions. May assume GM’s responsibilities and authority in absence and maintain customer satisfaction and public relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr mcm
