About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2007 and is a close-knit team of four focused on strong performance and great customer relationships. Prior to becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an industrial engineer for an oil company, bringing a problem‑solving mindset and strong work ethic into the business. We stay involved in the community through local events, sponsoring high school tennis, and participating in charity golf outings. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
