Family Nurse Practitioner - Float (All Ages)

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Family Nurse Practitioner - Float provides comprehensive primary care services across multiple clinic locations. The provider evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients of all ages while promoting preventive care and overall wellness. Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and referring patients to specialists when needed, while following established clinical protocols and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Education, Licensure, and Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Active Advanced Practice License
• Valid DEA Certificate
• Current BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have Primary Care experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical methods and patient care techniques
• Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and the public
• Basic computer proficiency
• Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in community health
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
