Five9 Administrator (part-time)

Job Title: Five9 Administrator (Part-Time) Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Remote in US only (EST Hours) Hours: 10-15/week Overview: Hiring a part-time Five9 Administrator to provide interim, remote support. This role will support day-to-day Five9 operations while a long-term solution is evaluated. Responsibilities: • Five9 user administration and access management • Configuration and support of call routing, IVRs, and SMS messaging • Troubleshooting and handling urgent operational issues as they arise Engagement Details: • Fully remote • Flexible hours with availability during normal business hours preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
