ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Insurance Sales Account Representative
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of an Insurance Sales Account Representative. We seek an experienced, sales oriented energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations. If you have previous Insurance experience and or Sales experience, goal-oriented, sales-minded and can deliver remarkable customer service then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, outbound calls, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate State Farm products and services.
• Provide Quotes, multi-line, pivot and service existing policyholders.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
• Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain.
• Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain .
• State Farm experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
