Web Content Specialist
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
Duration: Through the end of 2026 with potential extension and additional hours
We're seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Specialist, to support a high volume of digital marketing requests from our client's franchise owners. This role focuses on website updates/changes/additions/edits, QA and ticket resolution while ensuring brand consistency across multiple local websites.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete marketing requests submitted through Monday.com.
- Update website content, images, layouts, landing pages, blog posts, and business information using the ServiceTitan CMS.
- Review franchise-submitted website updates for brand compliance and provide feedback when revisions are needed.
- Troubleshoot basic website content issues and assist franchise owners with website-related questions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prioritize requests and deliver timely updates.
Qualifications
- Experience managing website content in a CMS, specifically ServiceTitan CMS
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
- Experience with Google Search Console or Google Ads is a plus.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
