- M-F clinic/OR (8a-5p, includes 1-hour lunch)
- OR scheduled 1 day per week

- Call: Beeper; weeknights and weekends call, 20-minute response time

- Comprehensive ENT practice APP support in clinic and OR
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- All certifications need to be issued by AHA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Fellowship preferred
- Facial trauma experience required
- Mandible Fracture Repairs
- General head and neck experience
- Complex head and neck is not required
