AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are looking for dynamic and energetic Pediatric Hospitalists to join our team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach in association with AdventHealth for Children/Walt Disney Pavilion in Orlando. The pediatric hospitalist would be expected:

• to perform pediatric admissions to the dedicated Pediatric Floor
• ED pediatric consults
• participate in daily multidisciplinary family centered rounding
• cover the Level 1 Newborn Nursery and high-risk delivery coverage in collaboration with the Level 2 Neonatology team.

Practice Description This is an employment opportunity that includes call coverage and competitive compensation. AdventHealth for Children Walt Disney Pavilion As part of the AdventHealth Daytona Beach collaboration with the Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children, patients have the support of a full service tertiary children's hospital with over 200 pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds with a dedicated peds CICU, a 102 bed NICU, 17 bed pediatric emergency department and statewide pediatric network and transport system. We started our pediatric open heart program in 2012 and have a strong track record of positive outcomes. Key destination programs include our level IV Epilepsy program, the region's only BMT and solid organ transplants including kidney and liver. Our network consists of 30 hospitals across the state totaling over 23,000 births with several pediatric subspecialty programs including outreach clinics. These hospitals refer patients for tertiary and quaternary services to our main location near downtown Orlando. Pediatric liver transplant services were recently brought to Central Florida.
