Depth & Scope Drives acquisition in a bank location by engaging clients through walk-in opportunities, lead management, and outbound outreach, building meaningful connections that help clients achieve their financial goals Engages clients with curiosity, establishes purpose for the interaction, and conducts meaningful, goals-based discovery to uncover client needs and priorities Applies foundational banking knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding.
