Product Marketing Lead

Experienced marketers will find a full-time hybrid opportunity as a Product Marketing Lead, responsible for owning the narrative and positioning of the OP Stack, managing go-to-market strategies for product launches, and building sales enablement tools for enterprise buyers. Key responsibilities Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for Optimism and the OP Stack, translating complex infrastructure into a clear value proposition Manage end-to-end go-to-market for product launches, including segmentation, launch strategy, and post-launch measurement Build and lead the product marketing function over time, including hiring and establishing standards and operating cadence Required qualifications 7+ years in product marketing at enterprise B2B SaaS companies with experience in owning positioning and launches for technical products Proven track record marketing to enterprise buying committees through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Strong commercial instincts around packaging, pricing narrative, and competitive displacement Comfortable engaging with engineers and technical buyers, able to develop credible messaging about infrastructure A genuine passion for blockchain technology, decentralization, and the future of open systems
