Senior Technical IT Recruiter (DFW based). Software Professional Inc. (SPI) is looking for an experience IT lead recruiter for US IT positions to join our team in Flower Mound (DFW), Texas.Basic Qualification3 to 5 years in Vendor staffing in the US IT arena. Should understand technologies. Including .NET, Java, UI, Cloud development (AWS, Azure, etc.), Devops, infrastructure, Database, Network, Security Administration, etc. Should be conversant with US Immigration WORK classifications and contracting procedures.Looking for a hard-working resource that is dependable, performance driven with excellent communication skills.What you will be doing Understanding requirement from Direct Client - account managers/portals/clients.Sourcing candidates via Job boards, referrals, internet searches, etc.Interviewing prospect candidates regarding skills, availability, preferences and negotiating salary/rate. Verifying accuracy of resume and ensuring fake resumes are not being submitted.Following up with candidates on status and updates to onboarding/hiring.3+ Years ExperienceFlower Mound, TX, (Full-Time)Software Development
