As our US ServiceNow practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced *Senior ServiceNow Consultant* who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working directly with clients, and mentoring other developers.

*The Role*

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you'll lead the design and development of enterprise ServiceNow solutions while working closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable implementations.

This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll combine technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, helping clients maximise the value of the ServiceNow platform.

*Responsibilities*

* Design, develop and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform modules.
* Lead end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.
* Translate business requirements into robust technical designs following ServiceNow b st practices.
* Configure and customise the platform while minimising unnecessary custom develop ent.
* Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer automations and integrations.
* Build and maintain REST API integrations with third-party systems.
* Support and improve CMDB, Discovery and related platform capabilities where required.
* Perform code reviews and promote development standards and maintainability.
* Troubleshoot complex platform issues and identify long-term technical improvements.
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
* Work collaboratively with clients, architects and project stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

*About You*

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical ServiceNow expertise with excellent consulting and communication skills.

_Essential_

* 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
* Minimum 3 years working within a consulting or professional services environment.
* Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementations as an external consultant.
* Strong JavaScript development skills within the ServiceNow platform.
* Experience developing:

-Business Rules

-Client Scripts

-Script Includes

-Flow Designer

-UI Policies

-Service Catalog

* Experience building REST API integrations and working with JSON/XML.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow security including:

-ACLs

-Roles

-Groups

-Record and field-level security

* Good understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, including *Configure Before Customize*.
* Experience participating in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
