Job DetailsJob Location: Pleasant Street - Providence, RI 02904Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $78,000.00 - $95,036.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Road WarriorJob Shift: DayPosition Summary:Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients by accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Mobile Response team including implementation of MRSS program and FSRI Emergency Response supports.Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement mobile response assessment and follow-up. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary. Qualifications: Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc ) required Required to be independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor Experience providing treatment in a behavioral health setting and a minimum of 1year prior clinical supervisory experience required Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus LCDP or experience in substance use is beneficial Skilled in operating variousmedicalrecord software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated Flexible schedule with some evenings Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must Ability to work independently and part of a team Bilingual/ASL skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay. Multilingual skills are compensated by an additional 8%, above base pay.
