Registered Nurse School Setting in Hesperia, CA A Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to support K-12 students in a full-time, contract role based in Oro Grande, CA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring students' health and well-being while facilitating in-classroom support for students receiving virtual therapy services. The ideal candidate is an experienced, credentialed RN ready to start ASAP with a contract duration through the end of the school year, with possible extension into summer school and a strong likelihood of renewal. Responsibilities Providing onsite nursing support to students during school hours (37.5 hours per week) Monitoring student health and responding promptly to medical needs Collaborating with virtual therapy providers to support students receiving remote services Managing health records and case information accurately, ensuring compliance with school health policies Assisting with case management and communication between healthcare providers, school staff, and families Preferred Qualifications And Experience Valid RN license with a preference for candidates who are already credentialed in school nursing Experience in school nursing or case management within an educational setting Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with virtual therapy teams Strong organizational and communication skills to manage diverse student health cases This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on student health in an educational environment while working alongside dedicated professionals.
