BD SELECT, an HR consultancy established in 2001 and active in 30+ countries, is expanding in Australia. We're looking for self-employed independent sales representatives to introduce our psychometric and talent-assessment tools to businesses, HR teams, recruiters, and coaches.

A real opportunity, no investment required. All you need is a phone line, internet, a computer, and a few hours a day nothing to buy, no upfront cost.

What you'll do:

• Connect with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and coaches
• Offer a free demo one candidate assessed across three tests
• Help clients get started and grow their account
• Work remotely, on your own schedule

• Free assessments for your demos
• Access to the full assessment range (personality, emotional intelligence, behavioral style, cognitive aptitude, managerial skills)
• Path to supervisor status with override commissions

Earnings that build over time. Your commissions are cumulative every client keeps generating income month after month. Uncapped. As an indication, first-year earnings can range from approximately AUD 20,000 to $38,000+, depending on time invested from a few hours a week up to full-time. With greater commitment, results can grow well beyond this in following years. These figures are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on individual activity and results.

Compensation: self-employed contractor (ABN required free to obtain), commission-only. Language: English.
