Job Summary Seeking Registered Nurse for Baptist Health Floyd's Women’s Health Services. Part‑time, 24 hours per week, nights (7pm‑7am). Benefit eligible. Sign‑on bonus offered for experienced external applicants. Job Duties The RN will provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, functioning as an on‑shift team member and delivering direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co‑workers. About the Department Women’s Health Services is located on the same floor as the Labor and Delivery unit. The 19‑bed unit uses a couplet care model following AWHONN staffing guidelines and also cares for female post‑operative patients who have recently undergone gynecological or bariatric procedures. Qualifications Current Indiana or compact state RN license BLS for Healthcare Providers required NRP certification required (obtained within 6 months of hire) S.T.A.B.L.E certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire) Benefits Competitive salaries, excellent benefits, sign‑on bonus for eligible applicants.
