Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join our Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington, NC office . The candidate should have a minimum of four years of commercial civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis and writing. Position is located in our Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington office.
