Position Details Schedule: Monday to Friday Setting: Outpatient clinic Caseload: Primarily older adults (geriatric focus) What You’ll Do Evaluate and create individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients. Deliver therapy focused on mobility, pain reduction, and quality of life improvement. Collaborate with PT team, aides, and front office for seamless care. Document all treatment in EMR per Medicare/insurance guidelines. Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and family members as appropriate. Support post-surgical recovery, fall prevention, and functional independence.
