Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert patient care, utilizing your extensive nursing skills to promote health, prevent illness, and support recovery. Your energetic approach will ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care while fostering a positive and healing environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives through exceptional nursing practices.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individual care needs.
Administer medications, injections, IV's, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PCC to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, including discharge planning and case management.
Perform specialized procedures such as suturing, catheterization, dialysis management, and tube feeding with precision and adherence to clinical standards.
Manage acute pain and critical care situations
