Ernie's Plumbing Service has been in business since 1995, and we are looking to grow our business by attracting plumbers away from these corporate buy-out private equity (PE) firms that are only interested in you as a number. Are you tired of that high-pressure workplace and their unyielding focus of you meeting specific key performance indicators and revenue targets? Come to work with us in a family atmosphere as well as direct access to the owner. I run a people-first culture and value my workers as humans rather than numbers. We are a residential service and repair company. No new construction. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8-3. No nights and No Sundays. Our plumbers make $90k with some making up to $150k annually. Our benefits include a take home van, Health, Life, Dental, Vision and AFLAC Insurance, Retirement, Uniforms, Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Leave.
