• Accurately Record Vital Signs
• Exercise Judgment In Patient Interactions And Report Changes To The Rn
• Follow Therapeutic Interventions Outlined By The Treatment Team And Provide Information For Development And Revision
• Employ Crisis-Intervention Techniques, Conduct Rbt-Led Groups, And Use Facility-Approved Cpi Techniques
• Assist Patients Through Discharge, Guide In Adjusting To Life Changes, And Help With Personal Hygiene
• Comply With Policies For A Safe, Clean, And Therapeutic Environment, Practicing Universal Precautions And Responding To Patient Care Priorities.

Your Experience Matters What We're Looking For:

Education

• High School Diploma Or Ged Required
• Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Or Related Field Preferred

Certification

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (Rbt) Certification Required
• Cpi, Handle With Care, Or Equivalent Crisis Intervention Certification (Or Ability To Obtain Upon Hire)
• Cpr/Bls Certification Required Or Obtained Within Orientation Period

Experience

• Preferred Experience In:
• Inpatient Psychiatric Or Behavioral Health Settings
• Autism Spectrum Or Behavioral Therapy Program
