Your Role: As a Retail Store Manager, you'll own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success. You'll lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. QualificationsWhat We're Looking For: 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment) Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
