Front Desk Receptionist (Direct Hire)

Louisville, KY | $50,000-$65,000 + Excellent Benefits

LHH is partnering with a growing and well-respected CPA firm in Louisville to find a professional, customer-focused Receptionist. This is a highly visible role where you'll be at the heart of the office, welcoming clients, supporting leadership, and helping create an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Serve as the face and voice of the firm
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Coordinate meeting rooms and office logistics
• Assist with administrative projects and office support tasks
• Help ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients and guests

What We're Looking For

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and polished presentation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

During tax season, extended hours (up to 6:00 PM) and some Saturdays may be required.
