Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission Base: $120,000-125,000 OTE: $135,000-140,000 Our client is a family-owned manufacturer of industrial supplies that has been in business for over 25 years. They produce a range of products for the HVAC, electrical, industrial, and electronics industries, as well as for military applications. They have around 100 employees and are aiming to double their annual sales in the next five years. To achieve their growth targets they are expanding their sales team and looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to cover the South West Region! Job Description The Regional Sales Manager will be focusing on managing and growing the South West Region and responsible for the following: Drive Sales Growth: Travel within the assigned region to develop and maintain distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote product benefits to achieve sales targets and growth. Manage and Support Sales Network: Serve as the primary liaison between the company, independent sales representatives, and distributors, providing training, coordination, and performance oversight to ensure effective sales coverage. Report and Analyze Market Data: Provide timely sales activity reports through the CRM system, evaluate market conditions and competitor activities, and present new product/market opportunities to management.
