You will learn how to generate listing opportunities through consistent outreach, follow-up, and relationship building with homeowners. Through real conversations and daily activity, you will develop confidence discussing pricing, market conditions, property positioning, and the steps involved in successfully bringing a home to market.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain exposure to listing presentations, seller consultations, market analysis, negotiations, and transaction management. The focus is on building productive habits, improving communication skills, and learning proven systems that help create a steady pipeline of listing opportunities over time.

• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
• Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Qualifications

• A real estate license required
• Good communication
• Sales experience
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office

• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Has a real estate license
