If you're an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact this is your opportunity.
At Cole Health, we are expanding in Conroe and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. Youll initially be the sole PT onsite giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.
Compensation Options
We understand that flexibility matters which is why we offer two pay models:
Option 1: Hourly
- $70,000 $85,000 annually
- Based on clock-in/clock-out time
- Not dependent on patient attendance
Option 2: Pay Per Visit
Choose:
- PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off
- PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual
PPV Rates:
- $44 $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)
- $70 per Evaluation

Who You Are
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
- At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
- Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
