EXCITING OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Board Certified Urologist to become part of our established, hospital-affiliated practice. This is a full-time role that offers flexible scheduling options.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Option #1: A base salary of $582,209 (50th percentile MGMA for recent graduates) with additional compensation based on experience, guaranteed for two years. This can transition to a wRVU production contract once targets are surpassed.

• Option #2: A base salary of $708,320 (75th percentile MGMA), guaranteed for the first year, after which it will switch to a wRVU production contract.

* A 5% reduction applies for those who are not yet board certified; salary will be adjusted upon certification.

The two-year contract also includes:

• Vacation: 232 hours allocated for holidays and sick days (equivalent to 29 PTO days).

• CME/Books & Journals: 40 hours (5 days PTO) and up to $5,000 for educational expenses.

• Deferred Compensation: 457b plan allowing deferral of up to $24,500 annually before taxes, with no matching contributions.

• Retirement/Savings Plan: 403b plan permitting deferral of up to $24,500 annually before taxes for those under 50, and $31,000 for those over 50, with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 2% of base salary.

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 paid directly to the moving company.

• Malpractice Insurance: Coverage under a claims-made policy with limits of $2,000,000 per claim and $6,000,000 aggregate.

• Health Insurance: A small premium paid by the physician, deducted from paychecks.

• Liquidated Damages: A non-compete clause of 70 miles for two years, or liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s salary.

• Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 available ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment).

• Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000 available (requires a service commitment of up to two years).

• Sign-On Bonus: 15% of the base salary, up to $100,000, paid upon signing the contract and forgiven over 2-4 years based on the bonus amount.

• Bonus Opportunities: Attractive bonus incentives, including both wRVU productivity bonuses and a quality dashboard bonus with a potential of 10%.

Office Hours/Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• This schedule is flexible.

Call Schedule:

• 1:3 call, approximately 17 weeks per year.

Staffing:

• Includes 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 Clinical Staff, 1 Surgery Scheduler, and 1 UDS Technician.

Patient Load:

• 15-20 patients per day in the outpatient clinic, with 3-4 half-day clinics.

• 4-8 procedures per day in the operating room.

Equipment:

• Meditech and Dragon Medical One.

• UDS Machine.

• 2 Monitors for Cystoscopies.

• 3-4 Rigid Cystoscopes.

• 8 Flexible Cystoscopes.

• Disposable Cystoscopes with two monitors and a Bovie.

• Ultrasound machine with one vaginal/rectal ultrasound probe and a Trophon.
