What We Offer Generous salary Benefits include Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental Paid Time Off Ongoing training and support from the Regional Team Location: 5303 Bermuda Drive St. Louis, MO Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in maintaining quality care standards Supervise Nursing Services round the clock Assume DON responsibilities during their absence Provide 24‑hour “on call” service for emergencies Lead and coordinate care plans for each resident Ensure the delivery of passionate quality care Oversee competency testing for nursing personnel Prepare for state inspection surveys Collaborate with department heads for resident care Manage and define goals and roles within the nursing department Build and lead a nursing leadership team Investigate and resolve resident/family complaints Collaborate with the healthcare team to carry out physician orders Requirements RN licensed in Missouri 5 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred At least 2 years in a nursing supervisory role Current BLS/CPR certification Reliable transportation If you're a dynamic nursing professional ready to lead and drive change, apply today!
