About the Position
Job Title: PCU Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 3+ years PCU experience required, 2 previous travel assignments required License: Active FL/Compact nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of PCU experience. Recent Nursys must be on profile. Description: Seeking an experienced PCU Nurse. The facility has an 18-bed Progressive Care Unit with a patient ratio of 5:1. Experience with Epic EMR is required. Floating within the facility may be required, with travelers being the first to float. All requests for time off must be provided at the time of submission. Demographic information must be included in the profile for confirmation. Culture is important, and travelers are welcomed into the unit expected to function as core staff. Hard document deadlines must be met, with no exceptions for pending documents.
