Key Responsibilities Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. Investigate accidents and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions. Deliver EHS training programs to employees, fostering a culture of safety. Manage hazardous waste disposal and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Maintain accurate EHS records and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in EHS roles within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Proven ability to conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train employees and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Experience with EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
