Now Hiring Restaurant Manager

Pastaio Cucina Rustica is looking for an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team. We’re seeking a leader who takes pride in hospitality, inspires their team, and is committed to creating exceptional guest experiences every day.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
Deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
Train and develop team members
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Work closely with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals

Qualifications:

Restaurant management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
