• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across the fleet
• Replace worn or damaged components including belts, hoses, filters, and suspension parts
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Maintain accurate service records for all repairs and maintenance
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with the team to reduce downtime and keep the fleet running efficiently

• Proven experience as an Auto Tech, automotive mechanic, or fleet technician
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair methods, and maintenance practices
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
