Opportunity Highlights Obstetrics and Gynecology locum tenens role Coverage location: Louisville, Kentucky Assignment type: Locum Tenens Setting: Community hospital Coverage dates: Ongoing EMR: To be confirmed Case volume includes routine gynecology, prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care Schedule Details Schedule to be coordinated during provider onboarding Typical shifts: Days and/or weekends, based on department needs Clinical Scope Obstetric care including prenatal visits, labor and delivery management, postpartum follow-up Gynecologic procedures such as examinations, Pap smears, IUD insertions/removals, minor surgeries Management of obstetric and gynecologic medical conditions Collaboration with nursing staff and other healthcare providers Documentation within the hospital EMR system Practice Environment This opportunity is within a well-established community hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, supporting a busy obstetric and gynecologic service line.
