Service Advisor

Advisors work with technicians during the entire process, communicating client desires and relaying technician recommendations in easy to understand language. Responsibilities:

• Works with customers and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• High school graduate or GED
• At least two years of related experience
• Professional personal appearance
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license
