Wildlife Exclusion Technician Job Description Go Pro Wildlife Removal, LLC (GPWR) is a rapidly growing wildlife removal and exclusion company. Our focus is on great customer service and professional and humane wildlife control exclusion methods and techniques. We are seeking to add the right individual to our growing team of professionals. WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE Competitive pay. Up to 80 hours of PTO. Monthly contribution toward health insurance plan (after 90 days). Up to 9 paid holidays (must fall on a regularly scheduled work day). WHAT WE WANT TO SEE FROM YOU The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs): 1-2 years working in skilled trades with preference given to knowledge of carpentry or siding work. Ability to comfortably and safely work at height and the ability to climb ladders up to 48ft. Working knowledge of boom or scissor lift operation. Basic handyman skills including painting, caulking, cutting and nailing. Ability to use basic hand tools and handheld power tools. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions including inclement weather and regional summer conditions. Preferred KSAs Include: Knowledge of area wildlife. Previous experience and knowledge of wildlife exclusion and trapping techniques. The Ideal Candidate Will Also Exhibit And Demonstrate: A strong work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor. Initiative. Independence and team spirit. All Applicants Must: Have a valid driver’s license. Have reliable transportation to work. Must have consent to a background and driving history check. Hours include 30-40 hours per week. Company vehicles are utilized to and from work sites. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, but some weekends may be required. The office is located in Auburn, AL and the service area includes eight eastern Alabama counties and two counties of western Georgia.
