Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year, serving a dynamic K-12 caseload across multiple schools. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, providing vital support to students throughout the district. This role is based near Bloomfield and Winsted, CT, spanning August 2026 through June 2027. As the sole SLP, your expertise will make a significant impact districtwide.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience supporting school-aged children in educational settings
• Familiarity with K-12 assessments, therapy, and IEP processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to working in-person for the duration of the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students at various schools
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and documentation
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Engage in ongoing professional development throughout the contract period
