Job Description: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Seymour, IndianaJob Type: Full-Time (onsite)Shift: 2nd Shift6pm-4am, Monday-ThursdayPay: $29.00-$31.00Job Summary:The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure seamless production operations. This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, as well as the ability to perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and repairs performed.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.Assist with facility upkeep, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
