What You'll Bring:

• Valid Indiana State Respiratory Therapist License
• Current BLS (AHA only), NRP, and NBRC certifications
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, monitor, and support patients with respiratory conditions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Knowledge of ventilator management and airway maintenance
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in acute or critical care settings
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Multilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Respiratory Therapy degree or higher from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred, but willing to consider CRT candidates based on experience and qualifications

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or before June 15, 2026, with a firm start date
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), including weekend rotations with an 8-week schedule cycle
• No call responsibilities required
• Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensing requirements
• BLS (AHA), NRP, NBRC, and Indiana State License are mandatory; additional reimbursements for travel and licensure are provided when applicable
