Lead a Facility. Build a Team. Make an Impact. A well-established manufacturing operation outside of Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a hands‑on Facility Manager to lead day‑to‑day plant operations. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a stable company that values safety, quality, operational excellence, and employee development. What You'll Do: Lead all facility operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, and employee development Manage and mentor a small team of employees Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and cost control Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, FSMA, and company safety standards Partner with maintenance and production teams to maximize equipment uptime and operational performance Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence What We're Looking For: Experience as a Mill Manager, Facility Manager, Production Manager, Assistant Manager, or high‑potential Operations Leader Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams Manufacturing or processing experience with exposure to production, maintenance, quality, and safety Working knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA regulations A hands‑on leadership style and willingness to be visible on the production floor Why Consider This Opportunity?
